We provide 24x7 online technical support for the services rendered by us. Our technical team works round the clock and ensures quality, reliability and timely support to the Customers. We continuously develop and upgrade the technical knowledge of our team to give our best possible supports and solutions.

 Data Privacy

The data or information of a customer which will be made available in the server is the private property of such customer. The data relevant to a particular customer is protected from any unauthorized access, usage, copy, duplicate, modify or to provide information about the customer’s data in any form to any third party.

 Data Security

The Customers are the owners for the information provided by them for the usage of our application and services. We use the latest encryption techniques in the Information and Technology industry to safeguard the Customer’s data from any type of loss, damage or misuse of such data. Our servers are constantly monitored and upgraded with all the necessary security measures to protect the data of the Customers.

 User Data Back-up

The Customer’s data are regularly backed up to keep the latest information related to their application. We back up every individual Customer’s data on a weekly basis, i.e. at the end of every week (normally Fridays). Such back-ups shall be used to retrieve the latest information available in case of any accidental loss of user data.
